  • 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

Mardi Gras Special: Hurricane & Mardi Gras Mash

Hurricane

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 oz White Rum

  • 1 oz Dark Rum

  • .25 oz 151 Rum

  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice

  • 1.5 oz Orange Juice

  • .5 oz Grenadine

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine and then pour into a glass. Garnish with an orange slice and cherries. Enjoy!

  • 1 1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liquor

  • 1 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao

In a cocktail shaker, add ice and all of the above ingredients. Shake! Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with raspberries and shaved chocolate! Enjoy!

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Sugar Cube

  • 3 dashes bitters

  • 2 oz. Rye Whiskey

  • 1/4 oz Absinthe

Directions:

Fill old-fashioned (rocks) glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, muddle sugar cube, bitters, and whiskey. Discard ice from glass. Add absinthe to chilled glass and swirl to coat the inside. Discard absinthe (or pour into another glass to drink later). Pour whiskey mixture into glass. Garnish with orange peel. Enjoy!

Put the Jenever, Lime Juice, and one dash of bitters into a rocks glass (with ice). Top with Ginger Beer and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!

Put Gin, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker, with ice. Shake. Strain into a champagne glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
